Giorgio Armani Unveils Plans for Branded Residences in U.A.E.

Giorgio Armani has announced its exciting plans to develop its first-ever branded residences along the picturesque coastline of Ras Al Khaimah, in the United Arab Emirates. This initiative coincides with the company’s 50th anniversary and the 25th anniversary of Armani/Casa, marking an opportunity to establish roots in the rapidly growing luxury market of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

The project will break ground in the attractive Raha Island district of Ras Al Khaimah and will feature a highly exclusive and limited collection of Armani-branded beach villas and luxury apartments. With direct private beach access and panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and the Jebel Jais Mountains, the partnership with RAK Properties aims to create an experience that encapsulates the elegance of the Italian designer’s creative vision.

Inspired by Armani’s personal residences and design aesthetic, the Armani Beach Residences embody the luxurious ethos of the brand. Residents of this forthcoming community will have access to a members-only beach club, along with a suite of services provided by the luxury house, including special events, private experiences, concierge services, and global privileges.
