Art Basel takes over Miami Beach

Art Basel kicked off earlier in the week and opened to the public today, returning to the Miami Convention Centre for the first time since 2019.

The event will showcase work from leading galleries from North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa with an extensive collection of modern and contemporary art. 

Themes this year include womanhood, nature, the environment, race and colonialism communicated through sculpture, painting, photography and digital art.

Aside from the art exhibitions during the day, Miami Beach will also put on a variety of evening events and DJ sets as guests look to party into the night. 

Nightclub ‘Le Rouge Miami’ will host the main events from Wednesday night through to Saturday with sets from The Brothers Macklovitch, Alec Monopoly, MEDVZA, Robbie Rivera and more.

Le Rouge will also see a first of its kind brand collaboration with guestlist CRM platform ListMe, in order to trial a more effective way of getting guests through their doors.

ListMe allows brands to operate without physical IDs, paper clipboards & in-house ID machines. It’s built-in digital ID connectivity makes checking into venues safer and more efficient.
