Kanye West Officially Named The Richest Black Man in U.S. History

It has been reported that rapper Kanye West is now worth $6.6 billion USD, this officially makes him the richest Black man in America’s history.

West became a certified billionaire around 12 months ago due to his successful sneaker brand, Yeezy and multi-year contract with Gap (worth more than $970 million USD). According to sources, the Yeezy brand is valued at $3.2 to $4.7 billion USD.

Much of Kayne’s personal net worth is attached to the $1.7 billion USD that he bags from further assets, including Kim’s Skims label.

Less than 5 years ago, the rapper claimed to have been $53 million USD in debt. However, it’s still unknown as to how his billion-dollar company was qualified for a loan of $5 million USD under the Small Business Administration’s Paycheck Protection Program.
