Sony Release Playstation Date and Cost

Sony has officially announced that PlayStation 5 would cost $499.99 USD while its digital version equivalent would cost $399.99 USD. Both models of the next-gen console are reported to be released on November 12.

Microsoft recently revealed the price of its next-generation consoles, with its entry-level Xbox Series S priced at $299 USD, while the Xbox Series X flagship is projected to cost $499 USD. Both consoles are scheduled to launch on November 10.

PlayStation 4 originally cost $399 USD at launch, while the Pro version was initially offered at the same price later in the original lifecycle of the console. Recently announced PlayStation 5 would have backward compatibility with a “overwhelming majority” of PS4 titles, but not many games have been reported.

After the Amazon Placeholder page surfaced, Gamestop has recently revealed that payment plans would be ready for anyone seeking to buy the priced console in instalments.
